Nano Renewable Summit proudly welcomes Leonid Melamed, Director General of the Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies and his team to our conference. This is the first time that a Russion Corporation has attended a nanotechnology conference in the United States. Mr. Melamed will be a Keynote Speaker on Monday, July 20 at 4:50 pm.

The Nano Renewable Energy Summit is a gathering of world-renowned experts at the intersection of renewable energy and nanotechnology, with a specific focus on the business, commercialization, and economic development potential of emerging technologies in the renewable energy and sustainability sectors.

Co-hosted by the NanoBusiness Alliance, the Colorado Nanotechnology Alliance, the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and others. This Summit will highlight the importance of nanotechnologies around the world while allowing us to showcase Colorado’s emerging New Energy Economy," said Colorado Governor Bill Ritter.
Presented by the NanoBusiness Alliance and co-hosted by the Colorado Nanotechnology Alliance, the summit will open on Sunday, July 20, 2008 at the University of Denver. The Nano Renewable Energy Summit is presented in conjunction with the Golden, Colorado based National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL).
"We have been exploring opportunities for a second NanoBusiness Alliance Conference for the past 5 years, and have determined that Denver is the perfect city for Nanotechnology as it relates to renewable energy," said Vincent Caprio, NanoBusiness Alliance Vice President and Event Director."2008 is the year of change in America, and renewable energy is a critically important issue, being discussed both at home and in corporate board rooms."
